„Les Rillettes“
“Rillettes” are arguably one of the most traditional specialties in French cuisine. To put it simply, rillettes are a hearty, flavorful snack that offers a truly unique taste experience.
I produce my new Alpine series of this specialty in collaboration with Francis Claude and Marc Grossmann, who have embodied this tradition at the highest level in the “Ried” region of Alsace since 2007 and whose philosophy allows only top-quality products to be used in the preparation of this classic dish.

For our first collaborative “alpine” series, we pooled all our expertise and, through honest, handcrafted work, created, produced, and bottled a few standout products. The result is now available for local food lovers.

What's the best way to enjoy rillettes?
Enjoy it simply with a nice slice of farmhouse bread or a baguette, or create a delightful appetizer or snack with some pickled vegetables and a bit of salad or herbs. “Add a glass of wine, and the world is just right.”
The numerous quality awards received by Francis and Marc confirm their strict philosophy regarding the products they process in terms of regionality, sustainability, and minimizing compromises. Our partnership is therefore “bottled, concentrated quality.”
